Lou Anne Royse Emily, a fourth-generation member of the Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home family, serves as the President. With a compassionate heart and a deep understanding of the funeral service industry, Lou Anne expertly handles funeral arrangements and pre-need counseling.
Lou Anne graduated from Mid America College of Funeral Service in 1993, bringing her knowledge and expertise to the family business. She is married to Dale Emily and is the proud mother of two grown sons, Jonathan and Zachery Windell, as well as two step-sons, Daniel and Michael Emily.
A dedicated member of the Corydon community, Lou Anne is actively involved in various organizations, including the Corydon Rotary Club, Harrison County Chamber of Commerce, Harrison Education Animal Responsibility Team (HEART), Daughters of American Revolution, St. Joseph Catholic Church, and Pi Sigma Eta Mortician Fraternity. Her commitment to serving her community and families in need is evident in her passion for her work.
