Vilaea D. Rowe Obituary (1936

New Albany, Indiana Vilaea D. Rowe, 75, passed away Sunday, December 18, 2011 at her home in New Albany. She was born January 13, 1936 in Harrison County, IN the daughter of Charles E. and Mary E. Gutkese Brown. She was a seamstress at the old Seinsheimers Shirt Factory in New Albany and was a production worker for General Electric in Louisville and was a member of Parkway Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years- Arthur Rowe and two Sons- Arthur David Rowe and Ronald B. Rowe. She is survived by One Son- Cecil Rowe of New Albany, IN One Daughter- Penny VanFleet of New Albany, IN Two Sisters- Charlotte Spencer of Lanesville, IN Margaret Johnson of Texas Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Georgetown, IN. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Corydon. Visitation will be held at the funeral home in Georgetown on Thursday from 1 PM to 8 PM and after 9 AM on Friday. Visitation: 1-8 PM Thursday and after 9 AM Friday at Georgetown Funeral: oon Friday Interment: Cedar Hill Cemetery
