Robert "Bob" Louis Schoen Obituary (1945 - 2019)

Corydon, Indiana Robert "Bob" Louis Schoen, died January 2, 2019 at his home in Corydon, Indiana. He was born March 19, 1945 to Walter and Mildred Blank Schoen in Harrison County, Indiana. Bob was a farmer and an electrician. He worked for Pierce Electric than started his own business Schoen Electric. He was an avid deer hunter and a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Lanesville, Indiana He was preceded in death by his parents. Bob is survived by his wife of 54 years, Nancy Wolfe Schoen, sons, Randy (Tammy) and Rick Schoen and daughter Julie (Frank) Law, eight grandchildren, Amber (Nick) Blackman, Josh (Heather) Law, Ashley (Jacob) Zeller, Nick (Stephanie) Schoen, Robyn Schoen, Logan Schoen, Dylan Schoen, Emily Schoen; three great grandchildren, Briar Blackman, Louis Law and Adalynn Zeller. He is also survived by his siblings, 3 brothers, Raymond (Debi) Schoen, Tim (Dee) Schoen, Marvin (Renee) Schoen and one sister, Carolyn (Chuck) Arnold. Funeral Service will be Saturday at 2:00 PM at St. John's Lutheran Church in Lanesville, Indiana. Visitation will be Friday, January 4, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon, Indiana. Interment will be in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery in Lanesville, Indiana.
