Phillip R. Haworth Obituary (1932

Georgetown, Indiana Phillip R. Haworth, 78, passed away at his home on Saturday, February 19, 2011. He was born in Paoli, IN on October 18, 1932 the son of Merrell Grant and Mary Emily Tuell Haworth. He was a retired supervisor for Ford Motor Company in Louisville and was an employee there for thirty-five years. He was former owner and operator with his wife Jeanette of Payne Real Estate in Georgetown, was a 32nd degree Mason and was Past Master of the Georgetown Masonic Lodge # 480 and a member of the Scottish Rite in Indianapolis. He was a member of Christ United Methodist Church in Georgetown and was an Army Veteran during the Korean Conflict. He is survived by His wife of 56 years- Jeanette Trimble Haworth of Georgetown, IN One Son- John Haworth (Shelly) of Lanesville, IN One Daughter- Phyllis Haworth (Mark Ochsner) of Bloomington, IN His Mother-In-Law- Mable Olive Trimble of Georgetown, IN One Brother- Thompson Haworth (Sghelda) of Jasper, IN Two Sisters- Marcia Green (Donald) of Floyds Knobs, IN Janice Thompson (Brian) of New Albany, IN Seven Grandchildren- Ashlie, Jordan, Emily and Mackenzie Haworth and Robbie, Christopher and Joseph Heinrich. Funeral services will be held at the Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Georgetown on Wednesday at 1:00 PM. Burial will be in Paoli Community Cemetery. There will be Military Rites at the grave. Visitation will be held at the funeral home in Georgetown on Tuesday from 1 PM to 8 PM and after 11AM on Wednesday. There will be a Masonic Service held at the funeral home on Tuesday evening at 7:00 PM. The family suggests memorial gifts be made to either the National Parkinson Foundation or to VistaCare Visitation: Tuesday, February 22 from 1-8 PM and after 11 AM Wednesday Funeral: Wednesday at 1 PM at Gehlbach & Royse Georgetown Funeral Home Interment: Paoli Community Cemetery
