Orvella Jeffries Moss Obituary (1929 - 2018)

Clarksville, Indiana Orvella Jeffries Moss, passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, Indiana. She was born February 15, 1929 in Greensburg, Kentucky to Cosby and Omie Bagby Jeffries. She worked as the Food Coordinatior for LifeSpan in New Albany, Indiana. She is preceded in death by her husband, Louie Moss and a son, Larry Moss. She is survived by her sons, Thomas and Terry Moss (Christine) both of Corydon, Indiana, Harry Moss of Payneville, Kentucky and daughters, Jan Moss and Joannie Grubbs (Mike), both of Sellersburg, Indiana, Geraldine Luallen (Gerry) of Marengo, Indiana and Linda Joyce (Perry) of Taylorsville, Kentucky. Also surviving are 19 granchildren and 24 great-grandchildren and a sister, Hazel Fawcett of Campbellsville, Kentucky, half-brother Cosby Jeffries of Campbellsville, KY and half-sisters Marilyn Rassler and Joyce Champ of Missouri. Visitation will be Friday, May 4, 2018 beginning at 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM at the Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Georgetown, Indiana. Funeral Service will be held 2:00 PM Friday at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Edwardsville Cemetery in Edwardsville, Indiana.
