Kenneth "Paul" Farnsley

Kenneth 'Paul' Farnsley, 74 passed away Thursday, August 23, 2012 at his home in Georgetown, IN. He was born in Laconia, IN on February 14, 1938 the son of John F. and Thelma Faye Davis Farnsley. He was a retired employee of Beech Mold and Tool in New Albany, was an avid trumpeter, camper, prankster and wood craftsman. He was a school bus driver for the Floyd County School Corporation. He was a member of Georgetown Southern Baptist Church and was a deacon for over 10 years.

He was preceded in death by wives- Nadyne Farnsley and Judith Farnsley.

One Sister- Mae Wood (Leonard)

One Son- Darren Farnsley (Patty) of Georgetown, IN

Six Daughters-Maureen Byrn (James), Cathy Wesner (Randy), Lori Green (Doug) and Corenia Stewart (Murl), all of Georgetown, IN

Jonna Farnsley of New Albany, IN

Paula Chalcraft (Doug) of Fairfield, IL

Two Brothers-Phillip Farnsley of Shelbyville, IN and Steve Farnsley of Nevada

One Sister- Thelma 'Sunday' Beck of Indianapolis, IN

Eleven Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren

Funeral services will be held at the Georgetown Southern Baptist Church on Monday at 11 AM. Pastor Steve Cline will officiate. Burial will be in the Edwardsville Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Saturday from 2 PM to 8 PM, Sunday from 9 AM to 8 PM at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Georgetown and after 9 AM Monday at the church.

The family suggests memorial gifts be made to the Georgetown Southern Baptist Church remodeling fund.
