Joey Gleitz Obituary (1978 - 2020)

Joey Gleitz, 41 died September 24, 2020 at his home in Waterville, Maine. He was born September 28, 1978 in Corydon, Indiana the son of Jerry Ray and Lisa Jo Gibson Gleitz. Joey was a referee for wrestling, worked at pizza hut and was a member of St. Peters Lutheran Church in Corydon. He is preceded in death by both his grandfathers; Verne Gleitz and Arlie Gibson. He is survived by his parents, his son, Jason Gleitz of Waterville, Maine, his daughter, Rebecca Gleitz of Milltown, Indiana, his brother, Matt Gleitz (Lacey) of Corydon, Indiana, Grandmothers; Roseanna Gleitz and Joan Gibson both of Corydon, Indiana, Nieces and nephews; Marcus Hadley, Ava Gleitz, Hoyt Gleitz. Funeral services will be Friday, October 2, 2020 at 10:00 AM at the Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon, In. Pastor Evangeline Rajkumer will officiate. Visitation will be Thursday, Oct 1 from 2:00PM until 8:00 PM. Family suggests memorial donations be made to Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses. Mask are required in the building and no food.
