Jerry Lee Arbuckle, 84, passed away Saturday, May 2, 2026 at his home in Lanesville, IN. He was born January 29, 1942 in Connersville, IN the son of Hamer and Helen Francis Arbuckle. He was a retired purchasing agent for River Metals in Louisville, KY, was Commander of the Sons of the American Legion, a member of the Masonic Lodge # 480 in Georgetown, IN, the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, Arie 1527 in Jeffersonville, IN and a member of Lanesville Christian Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Peggy Wallot Arbuckle, brother, Daniel Arbuckle and a grandson, Kristopher Heun. He is survived by his son Vincent Earl Arbuckle of Paoli, IN and daughter, Karen Wallace (James Bledsoe) of Nabb, IN; his companion, Judy Loy of Clarksville, IN; sister, Ann Arbuckle Muncy of Scottsburg, IN; grandchildren, Alex Arbuckle (Ally), Andrew Arbuckle and Jesse Wallace; great grandchildren, Benjamin and Caroline Arbuckle and many nieces, nephews and other family members. A memorial service will be held at 6 PM, Monday, May 18, 2026 at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon, IN. Visitation will be from 5 until the service at 6 PM at the funeral home. The family suggests memorial gifts be made to the American Cancer Society
