Corydon, Indiana Garth C. Peterson, 47, passed away Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. He was born January 4, 1968 in Ashtabula, Ohio. He was a lineman for Frontier Communications, was a United States Navy veteran and a member of First Capital Christian Church in Corydon, Indiana. He is survived by His wife-Sandra Tucker Peterson of Corydon, Indiana A son- Josh Peterson of Corydon, Indiana Two daughters- Chealsea Wolf of Bradenton, Florida Elizabeth Peterson of Corydon, Indiana His mother- Vida Woodworth Magnusen of Brooksville, Florida Two sisters- Joyce Merceman of Brooksville, Florida Kristy Magnusen of Bradenton, Florida Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, September 3, 2015 at First Capital Christian Church in Corydon, Indiana. Pastor Bruce Hawkins will officiate. Visitation will be held from 10 AM to 8 PM Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon, Indiana and from 10 AM to 1 PM Thursday at his church. The family suggests memorial gifts be made to the American Heart Association.
