Dorothy M. Nuss Obituary (1917 - 2021)

Dorothy M. Nuss, 104, passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2021, in New Albany, Indiana. She was born October 20, 1917, in Akron, Ohio, the daughter of Virgil Lee O'Bannon and Hester Stafford O'Bannon. She was a retired ceramic teacher. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Cornelius Warren Nuss, 2 brothers, Virgil A. O'Bannon, and George W. O'Bannon, and a sister, Martha Bryson. She is survived by 3 daughters, LuEllen Conrad of Salem, Illinois, Diann Kuerzi (Joseph C.), and Remona McIntyre (Lyle Wayne) both of Clarksville, Indiana. 12 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, 11 great, great-grandchildren, and 1 great, great, great-grandchild. Visitation will be from 3 PM to 8 PM Sunday, November 21, 2021 and again on Monday from 9 AM to 10:30 AM at the funeral home in Georgetown, IN. Funeral services will be at 10:30 AM, Monday, November 22, 2021 at Gehlbach and Royse Funeral Home in Georgetown, IN. Father Adam Ahern will officiate. Burial will follow in Resthaven Cemetery in Louisville, KY.
