Carl Steven Griffin, Jr Obituary (1974 - 2024)

Carl Steven Griffin, Jr., 49, passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at his home. He was born in Louisville, KY on September 1, 1974. He was a professional window tinter for Autosound in Louisville, an auto detailer, a car enthusiast and enjoyed attending church with his papaw. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Barbara Sprowles, paternal grandparents, James and Sylvia "Poppy" Griffin. He is survived by his father Steve Griffin, Sr. (Carla) of Corydon, IN, his mother, Debra Sprowles Jarboe (William) of Campbellsville, KY, sister, Rachel Byrd of Corydon, IN and his maternal grandfather, Charles Sprowles of Louisville, KY. Funeral services will be at 12 PM Saturday, February 17, 2024, at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon, IN. Rev. Steve Terry will officiate. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 PM to 8 PM Friday, February 16, 2024, and from 9 AM until the service at 12 PM. The family suggests memorial donations be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
