Bobbie Ray Goodin Obituary (1937 - 2016)

New Albany, Indiana Bobbie Ray Goodin, 78, passed away Monday, May 9, 2016 at Robley Rex VA Medical Center in Louisville. He was born May 21, 1937 in Louisville the son of Robert Earl and Golda Ray Goodin. He was a maintenance man for Wyandotte, Inc. in Jeffersonville. He was an Army veteran and served in the 82nd Airborne and was a member of the American Legion. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Sharron Goodin, and a stepdaughter- Kimberly Herthel. He is survived by his wife the former Vickie Moss, a sister Patricia Ann Higgs and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Friday, May 13, 2016 at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Georgetown, Indiana. Burial will be in Wolfe Cemetery. Visitation will be 2 PM to 8 PM Thursday, May 12, 2016 and 10 AM to 2 PM Friday at the funeral home in Georgetown.
