Sellersburg, Indiana Tamara K. "Tammy" Peek, 59, passed away Monday, September 19, 2022, at her home. She was born March 30, 1963, in Corydon, IN the daughter of Ray and Carolyn Snyder Sizemore. She was a clinical researcher for the University of Louisville Medical School. She preceded in death by her mother. She is survived by her husband Jack Peek of Sellersburg, IN; daughters, Carrie Peek of New Pekin, IN and Kelly Benningfield (J.B.) of Shepherdsville, KY; her father Ray Sizemore (Karen) of Georgetown, IN; sisters, Sherry Hertel (Keith) of Georgetown, IN and Missi Moutardier (Dave) of Crestwood, KY; grandchildren, Raylin Benningfield, Brendan Gritton, Justin Hoover, Deven Burkhart, Malakai Gritton, Cadence Phelps and Kalista Gritton; nieces and nephews, Carrie Hertel, Rachelle Dean (Tyler), Katie Hertel, Logan Moutardier, Adam Moutardier, Chrissy Burkhart (Jesse), Kelsey Moutardier and D. J. Hertel. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Saturday, September 24, 2022, at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon, IN. Visitation will be from 10 AM until the service at 2 PM at the funeral home. The family suggests memorial gifts be made to Hosparus of Southern Indiana.
